    Dear Bala,

    I am sorry in advance to leave an unrelated comment – I wasn’t sure if you receive comments for your past entries (or how far back).

    I am a student and writing my disseration on grassroots innovations, and got interested in your post about NanoGanesh (22 April 2009) – particularly the fact that the idea was conceived by Valishetty Narendra and commercialised by Santosh Ostwal. I haven’t been able to find this information elsewhere – Mr Ostwal’s website states that it was a long way of R&D but doesn’t mention Mr Narendra.

    I would be extremely grateful if you could let me know the source of your information or whether I missunderstood and these devices were developed simultaneously and coincidentally more or less at the same time.
